If
you're stuck then make sure you've read all the read me files
and online manuals, the Mac OS has one of the most comprehensive and
user friendly help systems around -
USE IT!
If
you still can't find the answer to your query then post your question
to the excellent newsgroup uk.comp.sys.mac available on most news servers
and you'll almost certainly get a reply within a few hours! But make
sure you read the FAQ
Archive first, its a good chance that somebody has asked the same
question in the past!
If
that doesn't solve things, then send an email to support@pmug.connectfree.co.uk
(members only) and we'll try to solve your problem or at least point
you in the right direction!
